1. Scope
Freelancer Radar is a workflow tool that helps users discover opportunities, evaluate fit, prepare application materials, and track related application activity.
The service may automate certain workflow steps after user initiation or authorization.
2. Beta Status
Freelancer Radar is initially provided as a free beta.
The service may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccuracies, or incomplete features. Features may change, be restricted, or be removed at any time.
3. Account Use
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate registration information
- maintaining the confidentiality of their account
- using only accounts and credentials they are authorized to use
Users must not use shared, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained credentials.
4. User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for:
- reviewing generated materials before use or submission
- the truthfulness, legality, and appropriateness of submitted content
- the use of their connected third-party accounts
- compliance with applicable third-party platform terms
5. Third-Party Portals and Services
Freelancer Radar depends on third-party portals, platforms, and related services that are not controlled by Freelancer Radar.
These third parties may change, fail, block access, alter interfaces, reject submissions, or become unavailable at any time.
Freelancer Radar is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms.
6. No Guarantee
Freelancer Radar does not guarantee:
- successful submission of any application
- recruiter responses
- interviews
- contracts
- placements
- any professional or commercial outcome
7. Workflow Automation
Freelancer Radar assists with application workflows and may automate certain steps after the user initiates or authorizes the relevant workflow.
Users should not assume that any application, follow-up, or status event has been successfully processed unless reasonably verified.
8. Gmail and Optional Integrations
Optional integrations, including Gmail where available, are user-controlled and can generally be disconnected by the user.
Users are responsible for deciding whether to connect optional integrations.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Freelancer Radar to:
- engage in unlawful activity
- submit fraudulent or misleading materials
- access accounts or systems they are not authorized to use
- abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
- attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or exploit the platform
10. Suspension or Termination
Freelancer Radar may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for:
- abuse prevention
- security concerns
- legal risk
- operational integrity
- misuse of the service
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelancer Radar shall not be liable for:
- portal failures or changes
- unsuccessful submissions
- inaccurate classifications or status inferences
- stale or incorrect third-party data
- AI-generated drafting errors
- downtime, interruptions, or technical issues
- indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
Freelancer Radar may update these Terms or modify the service from time to time, especially during beta.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
